When served, it can be grilled, stewed, raw, in soups, or even as a stuffing or filling. But its appeal can extend beyond its versatility. Tofu is a good choice of food for people who are health conscious because it has many nutritional benefits. Besides being high in protein, tofu also has no cholesterol and is low in calories.
